![]() ![]() ![]() My personal damage aspects are conceited (x25%), Storm Swell (x30%) and Edge Master(x20%). ![]() Weapon damage you want as high as possible it’s the biggest multiplier.Ĭrit chance I would look for around 40% with Elementalist aspect on amulet.Ĭrit damage and vulnerability as much as you can get. Try and focus on vs burning, vs elite, vs close/ distant after you have built up your base elemental damage. These multiply to give +847.5% damage with cold maximum.Ĭrowd control boosts both additive and multipliers look really good but they are a kind of trap, you don’t really need the damage boost when they apply and they are useless against bosses when you do really need the extra damage. Now +Cold damage is rare on the boards with only +35 total, fire is much better.īut even with cold you can get up +113.6% in total. I may be inside the additive bucket but the number can be a big increase. What am I missing? I’m only level 81 so maybe the extra damage will just come as I keep levelling up and adding more paragon points? Looking at what I wrote above, maybe I have too much +chilled and should focus elsewhere?Įvery guide that I have seen misses the fact that non-physical damage and Element damage multiply with each other. I’ve got the +burning, +vulnerable and +chilled rare nodes as well. Some of these glyphs have been selected for defense reasons. In my paragon, I have +to cc from control, +to chilled from reinforced and more +to chilled from frostbite. I’m also running RoI with +stunned and +close.įor my skills, I have level 9 ice shards and I’ve got 3 points in all the frost passives which increase damage plus devouring blaze. My wand has +core, +to burning, +critical damage and +to frozen. On my rings, I’ve focused on +crit chance, +crit damage and +vulnerable damage (as well as resource generation). That’s accessing a lot of different damage buckets. I thought I had selected good affixes but I’m only getting shard hits around like 75,000 when they crit a frozen and vulnerable enemy that’s also close and stunned. ![]() Is there a good explanation of damage buckets out there somewhere? I’ve found a couple but I still don’t fully understand it. ![]()
